M$ really like to lock their stuff down. I have used Stellar and Remo recovery. Both do the job. I just wish Microsoft would improve their support for Outlook so that we wouldn't need third party repair tools. They did have scanpst, but that has lost effectiveness for most problems. There should be an Outlook recovery bundled with the product...it would save everyone a lot of hassle. It can be hard to find good recovery products for Outlook.
